Pleasant surprise

I'll be honest. I was slack. I should have done these zoo pics sooner. Want to know how I know this? Well...because I had forgotten what I took pictures of.

Take this picture for example. I didn't remember this and I hardly remember doing it now that I know for a fact I did it. =O

Looking at the negative itself I wasn't quite sure what was going on in this picture. For a min I thought I was feeding a giraffe. That's impossible. Remember how I said we didn't get yummy treats because I didn't want my hands slimely while holding the camera?

Well, we also didn't get yummy treats because I had a vision of one of these giraffes slurpin' my newly acquired engagement ring right off my finger and down their loooooonnnnggg neck.

So, when I finally scanned this in and saw what it was, I laughed. I guess sometimes it's more fun to forget what you took pictures of. =)
